The Anti-Slavery Group - Works at local, national and international levels to eliminate the system of slavery around the world; based in UK. ASK – (Adults Saving Kids, formerly Alliance for Speaking Truths On Prostitution of ASTOP) Exists to prevent commercial sexual exploitation, bringing honor and accountability to all relationships; resources for youth and teens. Captive Daughters - Focus on women and children, headquarters in CA with good info on action in that state. CHASTE – (Churches Alert to Sex Trafficking across Europ) Includes info on 2008 Not For Sale Day of Prayer (5/18-08). FAAST - (Faith Alliance Against Slavery and Trafficking) Committed to faith based principles to end modern-day slavery. Free the Slaves - Puts forward a plan to bring slavery and human trafficking to an end. iAbolish - Works with former victims of human trafficking to abolish modern-day slavery, focusing primarily on systems of chattel slavery in Sudan and Mauritania. Initiative Against Sex Trafficking - Spearheaded by the Salvation Army and exists to create and equip an abolition movement. International Justice Mission - Exists to protect people from violent forms of injustice by securing rescue and restoration for victims and accountability for perpetrators, insuring that public justice systems work for the poor. Love 146 - (formerly Justice for Children International) Works toward the abolition of child sex trafficking and exploitation through aftercare, prevention and advocacy. Not for Sale - Combines technology, intellectual capital, abolitionist groups and a growing network of individuals joined together to end slavery in our lifetime; founded by David Batstone. Polaris Project - International organization combating human trafficking and modern-day slavery. (Web site under revision.) Rahab Ministries - Focuses on friendship evangelism to Stop the Traffik - Global coalition of over 900 member organisations from over 50 countries, working together to fight against people trafficking.
