Payments and Updates
Since Covenant Benefits is a group health plan, payment must be made from your employer (church or Covenant organization). We cannot accept personal checks, except from retirees.
Please immediately notify Covenant Benefits of any financial issues that may disrupt full, timely payments.
Yearly update sheets are sent to your home in January. These help keep us in touch with any changes that you may not yet have made us aware of throughout the year, such as salary changes, address changes, and dependent changes. A reply is strongly recommended since your long-term disability insurance is affected by an accurate calculation of salary. Be sure to complete and return the yearly update sheet that is sent to your employer, even if no changes have to be made.
