In the Lempira region of Honduras, families struggle against the high rates of poverty and the low development index. Together with the local organization Cocepradil, CWR is partnering in a food security and nutrition program that provides alternative solutions, improves food production, diversifies crops, and provides food with a high nutritional value for the 100 most vulnerable families. These families have young children suffering from malnutrition, include single mothers, and orphans.
