This project impacts 90 households in a rural community of Honduras. This community is in one of the poorest regions of the country. The terrain is mountainous and clean water is difficult to access. Women walk long distances to get water for daily living (cleaning, cooking, drinking). Through this project, each household gains access to clean water in their area for the first time. Each family also receives hygiene education, access to a water supply system, and a new toilet.
