France Evangelism & Outreach Opportunities

Short-term mission opportunities (2 years) exist in France in evangelism and outreach for those interested in graphic design, programming, visual and preforming arts, and other outreach ministries.

Design, Programmer, and Events Assistant We’re looking for a graphic designer, programmer, and events assistant on publicity and computer work to assist the work of La Fonderie Ministry. Basic French required and language study can be incorporated into the beginning of a missionary’s term of service. Artists Performing and visual artists to work with La Fonderie Ministry (professional or amateur); to connect with and develop relationships within the artistic community in Paris, help in the art center and participate in the life of the Fonderie. Basic French required and language study can be incorporated into the beginning of a missionary’s term of service.

Immigrant Outreach
Short-term personnel can assist with outreach to those on the edges of society by serving alongside other Covenant workers, encouraging the local French church and partnering with local organizations. Because Marseille’s population is largely immigrant, focus is on communities primarily from North and East Africa. Currently short-term missionaries serve in building relationships, tutoring youth, making home visits, ministering to families in need, and volunteering at a food pantry. There are also possibilities with urban development, working among homeless youth, and women who have been rescued from human trafficking. Diverse gifts are needed to meet the diverse needs in this city. Basic French required and language study can be incorporated into the beginning of a worker’s term of service.
