Michelle Sanchez

Executive Minister of Make and Deepen Disciples

Michelle Sanchez's dream is to mobilize a multiethnic movement of disciples who make disciples. She earned an M.Div. and Th.M. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and completed spiritual direction training at Boston College. Michelle studied international business at NYU and worked previously as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs. She is a regular columnist with Outreach Magazine and is currently working on her first book Antiracist Discipleship (Waterbrook Multnomah, 2022).


Kevin Smallacombe
Director of Discipleship Resource Development

Smallacombe grew up on a farm in England. He began doing youth ministry at a public high school while earning a diploma in Christian leadership. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute, earned a master of divinity degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and most recently served as pastor of adult ministries at South Park Church in Park Ridge, Illinois.


Tim Ciccone
Director of Youth Ministry

Tim has a deep passion to serve and encourage youth workers across the denomination. He earned his MDiv from North Park Theological Seminary and has been serving in the church for over 24 years. He is father to Caleb, Josiah, Samantha, and Ethan and has been married to Maria for 18 years.


Jane Chao Pomeroy
Director of Ministry Initiatives

Jane has a passion to see churches be a light in the darkness of today’s world. Prior to this role, she served as Creative Director for Covenant Communications. She is currently pursuing a Certificate in Spiritual Direction at North Park Theological Seminary.


Pam Cobb
Manager of Ministry Services

Pam Cobb became the Coordinator of Administrative Services for the Make and Deepen Disciples team after having served as Office Manager for Covenant Pines Bible Camp in Minnesota’s northwoods for 6 years.
