Empowering resilient, missional leaders and thriving congregations for kingdom impact. Three interconnected pillars guide how we’re living this vision out.
In our changing world, we need Spirit-led leaders — women and men who serve with wisdom and reliance on God. We are committed to raising up pastors who are rooted in Scripture, guided by prayer, and compelled by a passion for discipleship and justice.
Investing in spiritual, emotional, and financial health to strengthen and equip pastors for long-term, vibrant ministry. (Matching grant available through Lilly Endowment.)
Launching a new global mission pathway to send out ten young leaders annually, especially Gen Z, millennials, and those from multiethnic mosaic churches.
Equipping and empowering lay leaders through training and mentoring to help churches thrive. A new director of lay leadership will partner with conferences to coordinate this work.
We seek to remain mission-driven, both rooted in the gospel and adaptable to our ministry contexts, embracing innovation, deepening spiritual formation, and strengthening evangelism.
Launching 15 new church plants over five years through conference collaboration.
Supporting new church planter leadership and internship pathways, emerging church models, and Latino church planting.
Equipping congregations to grow spiritually and remain mission-focused in order to thrive.
Throughout our history, we have sought to proclaim the gospel along with demonstrating compassion through mercy and justice.
Supporting global indigenous partners who equip local leaders to transform communities through initiatives in food security, peacemaking, vulnerable families, women's empowerment, anti-sex trafficking, healthcare, and economic development.
Expanding evangelism through innovative outreach via digital platforms alongside practical community care and renewing evangelism efforts to youth through our Covenant camp programs.
Offering local churches grants for community transformation and establishing immigration legal aid centers.
These three pillars are already being lived out across the Covenant. Join a growing movement of churches and leaders committed to renewal.
A Spirit-led call to new life and reimagined ministry across the Covenant—uniting churches, conferences, and denomination for the sake of generations to come.

Prior to moving to the USA, I was a professor at the National University of Colombia and served with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students in Colombia for 16 years. Starting in 2001, I served as InterVarsity National Staff in the USA. I have a master’s degree in Christian Ministries, and I serve in Spiritual Direction to those who want to be fully present and available to God and receive His grace over them. My joy is to see professors and college students coming to know Jesus and being transformed into people that bring the good news of righteousness and justice to others.
