Covenant Kids Congo Webcast on May 25

CHICAGO, IL (May 18, 2012) – An interactive forum on Covenant Kids Congo (CKC) powered by World Vision will be webcast at 1:30 p.m. central time on May 25 on the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) website.

The 15 to 20-minute session will answer several frequently asked questions about the major new initiative. Viewers also will have an opportunity to ask questions. A link to the conversation will be available on the Covenant website.

The forum will include several people involved in guiding the project, including Curt Peterson, executive minister of the Department of World Mission, and Gary Gaddini, pastor of Peninsula Covenant Church in Redwood City, California.

The unprecedented partnership between World Vision and ECC will provide an opportunity for large-scale sustainable economic development integrated with spiritual work through the congregations of the Congo Covenant Church.
