CHICAGO, IL (December 30, 2010) – Offices of the Evangelical Covenant Church will be closed Friday in observance of New Year’s Day. Normal hours will resume on Monday.

Covenant News Service staff will continue to monitor newsworthy events, however, and contribute to the daily online news report as appropriate.

President Gary Walter joins all members of the Covenant Offices team in wishing everyone Happy New Year in anticipation of a fulfilling year of ministry in 2011.
