Pilgrim Pines Seeking New Development Director

SWANZEY, NH (December 1, 2011) Pilgrim Pines Conference Center is seeking candidates for the position of Development Director.

Pilgrim Pines is a year-round ministry of the East Coast Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church, providing a Christian environment for families, retreats, conferences, youth camps and worship gatherings.

This newly created position will create and implement Pilgrim Pines’ strategic fundraising plan to increase gift income in support of current operations and expansion plans.

General areas of responsibility include development, oversight and participation in all fundraising activities, including the annual fund drive, major gift development and future capital campaigns. Other responsibilities are included in the job description, which is available upon request.

Qualifications include, among other things, a personal commitment to and faith in Jesus Christ, proven skills in interpersonal relationships, flexibility to travel within the East Coast Conference and a commitment to the camping ministry of Pilgrim Pines.
