CHICAGO, IL (January 3, 2012) – Wednesday is the last day reduced hotel room rates are guaranteed for those planning to attend the Midwinter Conference and Youth Workers Connection. After tomorrow, rates will be at the discretion of the hotels.
The Midwinter Conference will be held January 30-February 3 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. The early reservation rate is $125 plus tax for up to four people in a room. Reservations can be made online through the link on the Midwinter page on the Evangelical Covenant Church website or by calling 847-696-1234 or 800-233-1234. Please request the Midwinter Conference group rate.
The Youth Workers Connection is scheduled for January 28-30 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Chicago. The early registration rate is $119 plus tax for single or double occupancy. To reserve a room, call 888-421-1442 or make online reservations through the link on the Youth Workers Connection website page.
The Youth Workers Connection will conclude with the worship service that will be conducted jointly with Midwinter on Monday night at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. Transportation to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare will be provided on Monday afternoon, but participants will need to arrange their own rides back to the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Youth workers desiring to stay at the O’Hare hotel should call that facility. The early rate is $125 plus tax for up to four people in a room.
