CHICAGO, IL (September 3, 2013) — Discussion of the proposed Covenant resolution on immigration will be the focus of Thursday’s installment of Take One, a roundtable webcast that invites viewers to dialogue with participants.

Panelists will include John Tanagho, a Covenant attorney and member of the Commission on Christian Action (CAC); Amanda Olson, pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Chicago, which held a multi-week process of discussing immigration, and Evelmyn Ivens, a member of the CAC.
The webcast is part of a weeklong series of articles, letters from immigrants, and videos to encourage feedback on the resolution, which was presented at the Annual Meeting in June for discussion.
Covenanters are invited to submit comments, edits, resources, and thoughts regarding the draft resolution to the CAC through October 15, 2013. The input will help the commission prepare the resolution in its final format for the 2014 Annual Meeting.
