Obituary: Maynette (Sellin) Lindell

LENEXA, KS (October 21, 2014) — A funeral service for Maynette (Sellin) Lindell, 93, widow of Covenant minister Glenn Lindell, was held October 13 at Hillcrest Covenant Church. She died October 8.

Maynette was born November 27, 1920, in Yakima, Washington, to August and Erica Sellin. After graduating from high school, she moved to Seattle, where she met Glenn Lindell. The couple married August 26, 1944. Together, they ministered to 16 Covenant churches.

She was preceded in death by Glenn, who died August 1, 2014, and son, Stuart, who passed away in 2008. She is survived by daughter, Sandie (Tom) Anderson, and daughter-in-law, Barb Lindell.
