WESTMINSTER, CO (May 23, 2016) – Retired Covenant pastor Ray Anderson, 87, died May 18. Services are pending.

He was born June 27, 1928, in Clay Center, Kansas. Ray married Dory Anderson on September 30, 1950. She preceded him in death.

Ray graduated from North Park Junior College and North Park Seminary.

He served in Gresham, Oregon, as an intern and then Smolan, Kansas; Loveland, Colorado; Bellingham, Washington; Cheyenne, Wyoming; Omaha, Nebraska; Orangevale, California; Gran Junction, Colorado, as co-pastor; Haxtun, Colorado, and Durban, Manitoba.

Survivors include his two children, daughter Carolyn Hickok and son David Anderson.

Memorials may be sent to Covenant Village of Colorado Benevolent Fund.
