CHICAGO, IL (August 2, 2016) – Oakdale Covenant Church is asking Covenant pastors to participate in several scenes for their new feature-length film “I am Your Keeper.”
The film is the first of 10 in the “I Am” evangelistic series created by director Joel Kapity (“Dreams,” “Blessed,” and “Cursed”) that serve as a call to spiritual action to see Chicago’s youth as Jesus sees them and reduce violence.
Filming will be from noon to 8:30 p.m. Monday, August 8. Sites will be at Oakdale Covenant Church in Chicago, New Zion Covenant Church in Dolton, just south of the city. Participants should wear casual clothes for the first scene and bring suits or dresses for a scene to be filmed at New Zion.
One thousand extras are expected for the later scenes. Further description of the movie is online.
