ORLEANS, MA (April 9, 2018) – Retired Covenant pastor Ronald Mancini, 75, died Friday, April 6.
Ron was born January 12, 1943, in Portsmouth, Virginia.
He attended Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee, and the Elim Bible Institute in Lima, New York. He graduated from North Park Theological Seminary.
Ron married Susan Meyers on September 11, 1965.
The couple served Lily Lake Covenant Church in Elgin, Illinois; Anoka Covenant Church in Anoka, Minnesota; Community Covenant Church in Rocklin, California; and First Evangelical Covenant Church in Anchorage, Alaska.
In addition to Susan, survivors include three daughters: Elizabeth (Stephen) Peterson of Anchorage, Alaska, Kimberly Mancini of Sacramento, California, and Amy (Chris) Anderson of Edina, Minnesota; a son, Michael (Sandra) Mancini of Seattle, Washington; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at Cape Cod Covenant Church in Brewster, Massachusetts.
