Your church can participate in the Veritas workshop by contacting your DCV to schedule an event or by using the Veritas DVDs and workbook. We strongly recommend that a certified instructor come to your church Designed for both pastors and lay leaders, Veritas gives established churches a language to confront their current reality in a way that is honest, hopeful, and courageous. Veritas is a great way to get the conversation going in a manner that is civil, compassionate, and Christ honoring. Rooted in scripture and applicable to the times, Veritas is a powerful reminder that God is in the resurrection business and that he is pulling for you and your church to overcome.

The entire Veritas workshop is available on a two DVD set. With a running time of three hours and thirty minutes, the it is ideal for a weekend leadership retreat or Sunday school class. You can purchase the DVDs and workbook for $10 (plus shipping costs) from the Covenant Bookstore.

Veritas usually meets on a Saturday (9 am – 3:30 pm), so that more church leaders can attend. Lunch is provided, compliments of the conference. The cost of the workshop is free.

Due to the increasing demand for Veritas events, we now have a teaching team of certified presenters. Please contact you Regional Conference offices if you are interested in hosting a Veritas workshop.

For more information about hosting a Veritas event for your area, please contact us by email at vitality(at)covchurch.org. We will send you a purpose statement, a hospitality tip sheet, and a flyer for you to distribute to other churches in your area.
