Covenanters Encouraged to Pray for Gather

OMAHA, NE (June 21, 2019) – Covenanters are encouraged to be in prayer before and during Gather, the Covenant’s Annual Meeting, which will be held June 27-29 at the Hilton Omaha.

The Annual Meeting is the highest legislative session in the Evangelical Covenant Church. It also is a time for Covenanters from across the denomination to address challenges and opportunities throughout the world.

Prayer rooms for delegates and others attending the meetings will be open starting at 6 a.m. until the conclusion of each day’s activities.

Below are listed the times and locations. The spiritual director listed will lead guided prayer.

Wednesday, June 25, Grand Central Ballroom C (Hotel side)

7–9 p.m., led by Kara Stromberg

Thursday, June 26, Hill Room

7:30–8 a.m., centering prayer led by Jan Bros

5:15–5:45 p.m., led by Jan Bros

Friday, June 27, Hill Room

7:30–8 a.m., centering prayer led by Jan Bros
