Covenant Living Appoints New President and CEO

Covenant Living Communities and Services announced that David Erickson has been appointed as the new president and CEO.

Covenant Living Communities and Services announced that David Erickson has been appointed as the organization’s new president and CEO. He assumes this role following the recent retirement of Terri Cunliffe, who had been in the position since 2015.

Erickson is no stranger to Covenant Living having been with the organization for 16 years, most recently serving as senior vice president and general counsel.

“We conducted a national search in seeking Terri’s successor, and ultimately David emerged as our top choice for the position,” said Janet Creaney, Covenant Living board chair. “David has demonstrated a passion for Covenant Living’s mission, exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the organization’s operations and culture.”

Covenant Living currently owns and operates 18 communities in ten states and is among the top ten nonprofit senior living providers in the nation.

“Covenant Living has a solid reputation in the field of senior living and is positioned to continue being a leader in the field of senior living,” said David Erickson. “I’m humbled and excited to be in my new role with a vision of maintaining exceptional services for our residents and a focus on the employee experience.”
