Serve Clergy is delighted to announce that Reverend Dany Flores has accepted the invitation to join the team as the director of clergy support with a Latino emphasis.
Dany is an ordained Covenant pastor, church planter, and a servant to Covenant churches, conferences, and the denomination. She has served on the Central Conference executive board, the Board of the Ordered Ministry, and the Covenant Executive Board. Dany comes with 25 years of experience in pastoral ministry and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and traditions within the Latino community. She has served in leadership with ALIPE and on the board of directors of CHET.
Dany has served for several years in a volunteer or contracted capacity with Serve Clergy in credentialing, resourcing, and care and discipline of Covenant pastors.
Her character, preparation, wisdom, and readiness to serve in this role will help to strengthen the functioning of the Serve Clergy team in the Covenant.
