Management Software Available to Local Churches

CHICAGO, IL (June 18, 2012) – Covenant Technologies (CT) has partnered with LOGOS Management Software to provide local churches with streamlined management software that tracks membership, financial contributions, attendance, accounting, and other information.

Covenant Technologies is the information technology group of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC).

“The partnership was formed in response to the need for organizational software for the back-office operations of ECC churches,” said Joe Geary, director of information technology for the Covenant.

“Having worked with churches for more than 30 years, LOGOS completely understands how churches operate and has translated this knowledge into an extremely intuitive church management system,” Geary said. (LOGOS is not connected with the company that produces popular Bible software).

“By aligning with LOGOS, Covenant Technologies has been able to create a level of pricing and superior functionality that will enable our churches to greatly benefit,” Geary adds. “I’m excited to be working with LOGOS and the significant opportunity this relationship creates for our entire denomination.”

The company already is familiar with the denomination. “LOGOS has been serving individual Evangelical Covenant Churches for over 10 years,” said Janie Watanabe, director of Protestant sales for LOGOS.

The Evangelical Covenant Church of Alaska has successfully implemented the system.
“LOGOS provides us with all that we need to keep track of our donations and other important information,” says office manager Sara Scoles. “This is a great partnership between the Covenant and the folks at LOGOS.”
