Beth Seversen Named Team Leader for Evangelism

CHICAGO, IL (January 15, 2015) — Beth Seversen has been named the team leader for evangelism with Make and Deepen Disciples.

Beth Seversen Image - 2 August 2012For the past four years she has served as associate director of evangelism and leadership and adjunct faculty at Wheaton College, roles that she fulfilled through traveling weekly from Overland Park, Kansas, to Chicago.

She is pursuing a doctorate in intercultural studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. “We are excited to have Beth leading us in the process of reigniting the passion for outreach and working with conferences to assist local churches in creating intentional pathways for evangelism in their contexts,” said Evelyn Johnson, interim executive minister of Make and Deepen Disciples.

Seversen will work part-time.
