Serve Globally Webinar: Connecting Reconciliation, Great Commission

Join the webinar featuring discussion between Al Tizon and Liz Mosbo VerHage.

CHICAGO, IL (October 8, 2018) – Connecting the ministry of reconciliation with our understanding of the Great Commission will be the topic of a webinar sponsored by Serve Globally next week. The webinar will also include a discussion between Al Tizon, Serve Globally executive minister, and Liz Mosbo VerHage, associate pastor of Quest Church in Seattle

The webinar can be viewed here from 2 to 3 p.m. (Central) on Wednesday, October 17. It does require a sign-in process.

The discussion will draw on insights from Tizon’s new book, Whole and Reconciled. The book addresses the question, “What does it mean to be the whole church engaged in God’s whole mission if it does not include the goal of reconciliation between men and women, young and old, rich and poor, and black, white, and brown in a broken world?”

Whole and Reconciled will be released October 15.

More information and future discussions about the book can be found on Facebook.
