Woodson Named Director of Pastoral Support and Practice

Terrance Woodson joins Develop Leaders as director of pastoral support and practice.

Terrance Woodson has been hired as director of pastoral support and practice for Develop Leaders, a mission priority of the Evangelical Covenant Church.

He has served as lead pastor of Bethel Bible Fellowship, a Covenant congregation in Carrollton, Texas, since 2004 and concurrently as director of counseling services and adjunct faculty at Dallas Theological Seminary. He also has served on the Board of Ordered Ministry, the Committee on Ministerial Standing with the Midsouth Conference, and as vice president of the Ministerium.

Terrance will co-lead with Karen Ingebretson the Covenant’s efforts to develop and implement strategies for ministerial health and wholeness across the continuum of care for pastors and laity.

Terrance earned his doctor of ministry degree from Dallas Seminary and his master of arts in professional counseling from Amberton University. He is married to Ve, and they have four sons, three daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren.
