Dorothy M. Pearson, surviving spouse of the late Donald J. Pearson passed away in Golden Valley, Minnesota on March 14, 2026. She was 98.

Dorothy, born Dorothy Carlson, married Donald in Warren, Minnesota on June 14, 1950. She and Donald served together in pastoral ministry in several locations, including West Hills Covenant Church in Portland, Oregon; First Covenant Church of Sioux City, Iowa; and Covenant Community Church in Fairfield, Ohio.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Donald, and is survived by sisters Elvira Englund, Ruth Dahlgren and Judy Solie, as well her children David (Jan) Erickson-Pearson, Cindy (Tim) Hawkinson and Joan Pearson (Jay Schmitt) and five grandchildren.

A memorial service was held at Covenant Living of Golden Valley on Thursday, March 26.
