Double Issue of Covenant Quarterly Now Available

CHICAGO, IL (March 16, 2011) – The current double issue of The Covenant Quarterly, which focuses on creation care, is available for purchase through the online Covenant Bookstore.

Because the theological journal has been behind schedule, double issues will be published to bring the publishing schedule current.

Future issues will come from North Park Theological Seminary’s Center for Spiritual Direction and the Center for World Christian Studies. Others will include articles on Covenant freedom, counsel and warning about ministry from the early church, the writings of Kierkegaard, and the most recent Palmquist Lecture by Craig Saterlee, “Preaching Jesus, Not Oprah: Proclaiming the Gospel.”

The journal, designed for clergy and interested laypersons, is a joint effort of North Park Theological Seminary and Covenant Publications staff in the Department of Communication of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
