Thrive: Free Online Leadership Conference for Coronavirus Relief

(June 2, 2020) – Bayside Church, a Covenant congregation with campuses throughout California, is offering the Thrive Summit, a free leadership conference hosted online June 15-16.

The event seeks to empower Christian leaders to connect, encourage them to continue their work in their communities, and inspire them to lead and grow during this time of crisis and beyond. Practical breakout sessions will offer resources to use in churches.

More than 40 speakers will offer reflections on Christian leadership, including Covenant ministers Ray Johnston, Efrem Smith, and Bob Balian. Other speakers include Lecrae, Patrick Lencioni, Jo Saxton, Bob Goff, Megan Fate Marshman, Albert Tate, and Katherine Wolf. Musical guests will include Elevation Worship and Rend Collective.

“The Thrive Summit will be a jolt of energy, an injection of hope, and an opportunity for renewed vision,” says Angie Wysocki, programming director at Bayside Church. “We hope people will join us for two days of practical and timely leadership development. More than ever, we need healthy leaders who are encouraged and equipped to lead in these times.”

The summit be a benefit event, rallying hundreds of thousands of leaders to respond and contribute to coronavirus relief efforts in the United States and around the world. Sponsoring organizations include Compassion International, Convoy of Hope, Women of Faith, and Agape International Missions.
