MCALLEN, TX (March 1, 2010) – Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) leaders say downed communication systems have prevented them from learning the fate of Covenant Church of Chile (CCC) congregations following the 8.8 magnitude earthquake that devastated parts of the country early Saturday morning.
