Since its beginning, Midwinter has been anchored in the idea that pastors need one another. Decades later, the world has changed, and so has ministry, but that conviction hasn’t.
Join us for five days of being present in worship rather than responsible for leading, learning alongside others instead of being the one with answers, and fellowshipping with people who know this work from the inside. Midwinter isn’t just a conference. It’s a sanctuary.
Jesus was honest with us: “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart!” (John 16:33). We gather in Jacksonville, Florida, this January to hold both halves of that promise together.

Livestream
All main sessions will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel. If you’re unable to join us in person, you can still participate in worship and teaching in real time—plus access the recordings afterward.
Worship
In our general sessions, you’ll worship, learn from, and be inspired by thought leaders, and be renewed in your passion for continuing the mission God has placed before you.
Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions offer in-depth dialogue and engagement with pace-setting leaders from diverse fields. These midsized gatherings provide meaningful access to these leaders, equipping you with practical tools and renewed purpose for your ministry.
Relationships
If you have never been to a Midwinter, this will be a time to meet colleagues and develop vital relationships. We know we need one another because we are better together. We look to build connections and faith in each other as we work side by side in ministry together.
