Serve Globally, a mission priority of the Evangelical Covenant Church, acknowledges the incredible work Covenant churches across the United States and Canada are engaged with around the world. We seek to resource you to strengthen your work in global mission, particularly in global relief and development, by providing you with tools and resources to steward your partnerships well.
Global partnerships have the power to transform all the communities involved. Because of this transformational power, we desire to engage and steward these partnerships faithfully. If your congregation has struggled in your global partnerships or doesn’t know where to begin, you’re not alone—partnerships can be fraught with challenges because we humans can be complicated! To that end, Serve Globally has identified six elements of fruitful global partnerships:
