Bi-Vocational Ministers’ Reading List

Those who hold a bi-vocational ministry license (BVL) in the Evangelical Covenant Church are required to read four books annually from the reading list and submit a report with their license renewal. The report form may be used to complete the written report.

Baptism Documents

The Policy on Baptism in the Evangelical Covenant Church, approved by the Covenant Ministerium, was adopted by the 1998 Covenant Annual Meeting.

Ethical Principles for Covenant Ministers

All credentialed clergy must agree to abide by the Ethical Principles for Covenant Ministers. The Ethical Principles were approved by the Board of Ordered Ministry in June 2010.
