Created by Life.Church, a pioneering congregation within the Evangelical Covenant Church, the YouVersion Bible app has become the world’s most‑downloaded Scripture platform and is on track to reach one billion installs later this year. Through a new partnership, YouVersion has invited the Evangelical Covenant Church to serve as its first denominational publisher, enabling Covenant pastors and leaders to release original Bible reading plans that carry our shared voice to a truly global audience.
For Individuals
Step 1 – Download the Bible App
Install the free YouVersion Bible app on your phone, tablet, or visit Bible.com. Available in 65+ languages, the app lets you read or listen to Scripture, highlight passages, add bookmarks, and write private or shared notes—all from one place.
Step 2 – Follow the Evangelical Covenant Church
As an official YouVersion Content Partner, the Evangelical Covenant Church curates and publishes original Bible‑reading plans from Covenant pastors and ministry leaders. Just open YouVersion, search “Evangelical Covenant Church,” and tap “Follow” to stay connected.
For Churches
Step 1 – Create Your Church Page
Pastors or church admins can set up a free YouVersion Church Page in about 15 minutes (verification takes roughly three days). List service times, location, and post sermon notes so people can find and engage with your congregation, and use the built‑in tools to track Scripture engagement throughout the week.
Step 2 – Feature a Covenant Bible Plan
Sign in at login.youversion.com, click “Featured Plan,” and search “Evangelical Covenant Church.” Select a study and choose “Add as Featured.” The plan will now appear at the front of your Church Page, making it easy to read and discuss Scripture together. Watch for denomination‑wide plans rolling out throughout the year.
Step 3 – Join Our Community of Practice
Become part of our digital community of practice for communications and digital professionals across Covenant churches and conferences. Collaborate on best practices, stay up to date with the latest tools and resources, and connect with colleagues throughout the Covenant.
