BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (March 9, 2010) – Countering domestic violence and helping its victims was the main focus of CDIPE Triennial XIII, a gathering of women from across Covenant churches in Latin America, and Spanish-speaking congregations in the United States that was held Thursday through Sunday.
