CHICAGO, IL (March 15, 2010) – Describing this year as a “decisive turn to the future,” Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) President Gary Walter outlined a number of current and future initiatives designed to move the mission of the Covenant forward during his remarks to members of the Executive Board gathered here over the weekend.
