I love to walk alongside of a person to see them reach their individual goals and potential.

I love the moments when coaching clients experience breakthroughs, as they uncover new insights and pathways forward in situations where they once felt stuck. These “Aha!” moments can transform challenges into opportunities for growth and flourishing.
It’s a joy to empower people to tap into God given wisdom already within them to bring clarity and take next steps, particularly in places they have been stuck or static.
It’s progressive and refreshing to your mental health. When you have the right coach you grow and glow.
I love that coaching is a space where you can bring your ideas/problems/crises and have the possibility of developing a practical plan of action to find solutions.
Christian coaching involves a journey of self-discovery guided by the Holy Spirit, leading to moments of realization for the person being coached. It also emphasizes that challenges or problems can often reveal the hidden potential within each of us.
I love coaching because it opens up pathways of understanding and action that might otherwise be hidden.
I love helping others navigate challenges, realizing options available, then finding creative solutions which bring energy and joy.
My personal mission is to help others use their gifts to do their good works well. During my years of leading Covenant camping ministries, when asked what kept me going, I would answer, “Its the ‘Aha moments’ that occur whenever a camper or staff member experiences a self-awareness-raising encounter with truth and/or grace.”
I love coaching because I am able to help people “own what they discover.” There is something special about journeying with someone and asking powerful questions so that they uncover what they need.
