It’s incredibly inspiring to sit across from someone as they mentally journey from point A to point B. I love to watch people’s faces light up with ideas and Holy Spirit empowerment!

My holy calling is to help others flourish and thrive in every area of their holy calling via unconditional love and unceasing intercession. Coaching, spiritual direction, spiritual formation, and spiritual friendship are avenues the Lord has enabled me to do this across the nearly seven decades of my walk with Christ.
Participating with others to discover the way God is working in and through them is why I coach. Learning more about yourself and opening up to the new ways to grow is essential to the growth of a pastor.
It’s an honor and joy to journey alongside people with the help of thoughtful and prayerful questions, holding fertile space for fresh Spirit-nudged insight and transformation to happen in their lives. I love seeing the lightbulb-“aha!” moment when people realize a new way forward, get unstuck, and discern action steps for continued movement.
I love the opportunity to join others on their journey of discovery and empowerment.
It’s a delight to walk with friends and colleagues as they discern the guiding voice of God on their journey.
I love to walk alongside of a person to see them reach their individual goals and potential.
I love helping coachees discover their own priorities and strategies. It’s exciting to see their eyes light up as they get clarity on issues in front of them.
I love the privileged invitation to hold the story of the coachee while empowering them to be the change agent they need through prayerfully guided questions. I am energized when I see coachees take steps that positively impact their lives!
I delight in journeying alongside others to 1) honor and affirm the beauty of who they are in the present, 2) see their God-given potential to grow, and 3) participate in their becoming through powerful questions and Spiritled presence.
