I love the a-ha moments and seeing leaders live into their God-given gifts and calling.
It is thrilling as a coach to bear witness to leaders getting unstuck and experiencing true breakthrough, particularly in their spiritual formation.
My personal mission is to help others use their gifts to do their good works well. During my years of leading Covenant camping ministries, when asked what kept me going, I would answer, “Its the ‘Aha moments’ that occur whenever a camper or staff member experiences a self-awareness-raising encounter with truth and/or grace.”
I love walking alongside people, helping them to listen to the Holy Spirit and receive further discernment, encouragement, connection with God and forward movement in their lives. It’s a privilege to watch God work so clearly and intimately in each person’s life!
I am passionate about working with church planters, helping them grow as leaders and cultivate healthy, thriving churches.
I am passionate about helping people explore the deeper issues they face, guiding them to listen for the Holy Spirit’s direction, and supporting them as they discern their next steps toward achieving their goals.
I love partnering with leaders to increase insight and agency by asking powerful questions and highlighting their learning. It’s a gift to be in the discovery process alongside the coachee that has ripple effects in her/his personal and organizational transformation.
I love helping people discover where God is leading them and opening up new pathways to freedom, effectiveness and wholeness.
What I love most about coaching is witnessing the transformation when someone realizes the untapped potential they’ve always carried within. It’s that pivotal moment when creativity and confidence are unlocked, and bold, inspired actions turn dreams into reality. It’s powerful to walk alongside people as they step into the change they’ve always sensed was possible, growing not just as individuals or teams but into the future God is calling them toward.
