I love getting to see moments of breakthrough, identifying new ideas, strategies, or insights that lead to the next step into what God has for you.

I love getting to see moments of breakthrough, identifying new ideas, strategies, or insights that lead to the next step into what God has for you.

I love seeing how the Holy Spirit coaches individuals and churches toward breakthrough. He is the “Wonderful Counselor” who leads people into freedom, hope, and joy.

My holy calling is to help others flourish and thrive in every area of their holy calling via unconditional love and unceasing intercession. Coaching, spiritual direction, spiritual formation, and spiritual friendship are avenues the Lord has enabled me to do this across the nearly seven decades of my walk with Christ.

Participating with others to discover the way God is working in and through them is why I coach. Learning more about yourself and opening up to the new ways to grow is essential to the growth of a pastor.

I love the opportunity to join others on their journey of discovery and empowerment.

I love to walk alongside of a person to see them reach their individual goals and potential.

Those I have coached have said their ministry moves forward when they are being coached. I can coach even cross-culturally when I respect the principles of coaching and let the Holy Spirit work in their lives to follow their vision.

I delight in journeying alongside others to 1) honor and affirm the beauty of who they are in the present, 2) see their God-given potential to grow, and 3) participate in their becoming through powerful questions and Spiritled presence.

I love helping people realize what God has already placed within them. Discovering these truths will help them in creating next steps and strategies towards what God is calling them to.

It’s incredibly fulfilling to see people become empowered, gain clarity, and find a renewed sense of direction as they move from feeling stuck to truly thriving. Helping others take meaningful action toward their goals and watching their confidence grow is what makes coaching so rewarding.
