We are not meant to pursue personal well-being and professional growth alone. Through coaching, I serve as a companion and guide on your transforming journey, helping you create forward-moving action steps that align with your callings, context, and calendar.
I love coaching because I am able to help people “own what they discover.” There is something special about journeying with someone and asking powerful questions so that they uncover what they need.
By far the deepest reward in coaching is the breakthrough that accompanies greater levels of self-awareness.
