It’s incredibly inspiring to sit across from someone as they mentally journey from point A to point B. I love to watch people’s faces light up with ideas and Holy Spirit empowerment!

My holy calling is to help others flourish and thrive in every area of their holy calling via unconditional love and unceasing intercession. Coaching, spiritual direction, spiritual formation, and spiritual friendship are avenues the Lord has enabled me to do this across the nearly seven decades of my walk with Christ.
Participating with others to discover the way God is working in and through them is why I coach. Learning more about yourself and opening up to the new ways to grow is essential to the growth of a pastor.
It’s a delight to walk with friends and colleagues as they discern the guiding voice of God on their journey.
I love the privileged invitation to hold the story of the coachee while empowering them to be the change agent they need through prayerfully guided questions. I am energized when I see coachees take steps that positively impact their lives!
I love helping people realize what God has already placed within them. Discovering these truths will help them in creating next steps and strategies towards what God is calling them to.
I enjoy several aspects of coaching. The two primary ones are joining my clients on their journey and helping them determine the support that need to reach their destination.
Combining years of experience in both pastoral and professional environments, I have a passion for helping others discover and discern healthy steps to move their story forward. My coaching posture begins with listening, to help individuals identify clear paths forward.
I love when people realize they do have the answers. Coaching is a tool, but insight comes from “inside”.
I love the honor of partnering with those I coach and seeing how, by the power and wisdom of the Holy Spirit, they are able to move forward in ways (both hoped for and unexpected) that lead them into greater flourishing in their ministry and/or personal life.
