I enjoy Spirit led conversations that help individuals discover pathways, resources, and processes for growth in their vocational and personal lives. I get excited when these conversations help them achieve their goals and fulfill their God given potential.
By far the deepest reward in coaching is the breakthrough that accompanies greater levels of self-awareness.
I love cheering people on as they gain clarity, take next steps, and celebrate wins – both big and small!
Discovering which way to go or how to get through can be overwhelming. I so enjoy supporting this challenging and refining journey with others.
I love how coaching provides a space for individuals to move forward and grow as leaders.
I love walking alongside those seeking to live out God’s call in their lives. It’s a joy to help them discern and articulate a vision—or re-envision their path—that leads to greater fulfillment, flourishing, and fruitfulness in life and ministry.
What I appreciate about coaching is that it’s a powerful ministry tool that helps individuals or groups achieve their goals and grow into a deeper, more fulfilling Christian life.
I love walking alongside the leaders I coach, partnering with God to help them experience those transformative “lightbulb moments”—fresh insights about their lives, goals, and the direction God is leading them. It’s incredible how our coaching sessions align at just the right time, and it’s a joy to journey with them, offering encouragement and challenge as they uncover the fullness of who God has called them to be!
Coaching has played and continues to play an essential role in helping me lead the congregation that I serve. Since coaching has been a blessing to me and my ministry, I want to share what I have learned to help others.
