It’s a delight to walk with friends and colleagues as they discern the guiding voice of God on their journey.

It’s incredibly fulfilling to see people become empowered, gain clarity, and find a renewed sense of direction as they move from feeling stuck to truly thriving. Helping others take meaningful action toward their goals and watching their confidence grow is what makes coaching so rewarding.
I love to walk alongside coachees, working with the Holy Spirit to draw out what He has deposited in them.
I enjoy several aspects of coaching. The two primary ones are joining my clients on their journey and helping them determine the support that need to reach their destination.
I love when people realize they do have the answers. Coaching is a tool, but insight comes from “inside”.
I love that coaching is a space where you can bring your ideas/problems/crises and have the possibility of developing a practical plan of action to find solutions.
I love walking alongside people to help them identify where they feel stuck so that they can experience freedom and breakthrough. Together, we seek God’s guidance to unlock their true potential in every area of life!
My personal mission is to help others use their gifts to do their good works well. During my years of leading Covenant camping ministries, when asked what kept me going, I would answer, “Its the ‘Aha moments’ that occur whenever a camper or staff member experiences a self-awareness-raising encounter with truth and/or grace.”
It’s a privilege to walk with people as they discover new ways forward through whatever they are facing. God’s faithfulness is evident as we track progress and look ahead, together.
We all have moments when we get stuck, and I love to help people regain momentum in any area of their lives.
