Coaching Interests
I have a particular calling to support leaders in their spiritual formation. I specialize in coaching leaders around the following areas: spiritual discernment, rule of life, and the Enneagram.
We developed an alternative framework for the Enneagram that is based on Christlike virtues rather than personality types. We have consulted or coached hundreds of leaders and developed a training program for coaches wishing to accompany clients with this approach.
