My personal mission is to help others use their gifts to do their good works well. During my years of leading Covenant camping ministries, when asked what kept me going, I would answer, "Its the 'Aha moments' that occur whenever a camper or staff member experiences a self-awareness-raising encounter with truth and/or grace."

Coaching Interests

Depending on their need or preference, I can provide a structured approach, using a variety of developmental frameworks; or an organic, ‘What is the pressing issue of the moment?’ approach. I also specialize in helping people become clearer about their core values, in ways that often create a deeper, personalized understanding of meanings inside the words/terms with which they most resonate.
