- 2020 – 2024: Over 400 hours of coaching clients within faith-based ministries, secular nonprofits, for-profit businesses, and government agencies. Reading and discussing of several books on coaching, with colleagues at TurningWest, Inc., an organization and leadership development consulting firm.

Coaching Interests
Depending on their need or preference, I can provide a structured approach, using a variety of developmental frameworks; or an organic, ‘What is the pressing issue of the moment?’ approach. I also specialize in helping people become clearer about their core values, in ways that often create a deeper, personalized understanding of meanings inside the words/terms with which they most resonate.
