I completed the Mastery Coach Training through Creative Results Management in 2019 and can function as both a coach and a trainer of coaches.
Coaching Interests
My heart is particularly geared toward leaders (lay leaders or clergy) and spouses of leaders. Leadership can be a lonely place and it’s important to have a safe, confidential place to ask questions and seek God’s guidance in a non-judgmental environment. I love working especially with women, clergy or lay leaders, or anyone seeking to establish a deeper relationship with God, discerning the Spirit’s movement and direction in their lives. I have been in the church planting world for almost 25 years and understand the pressures and challenges of beginning new ministries. Helping leaders (clergy or lay leaders) become/stay emotionally and spiritually healthy is a high priority for me in my vocation of coaching and spiritual direction.
