Those I have coached have said their ministry moves forward when they are being coached. I can coach even cross-culturally when I respect the principles of coaching and let the Holy Spirit work in their lives to follow their vision.

I love that coaching is a space where you can bring your ideas/problems/crises and have the possibility of developing a practical plan of action to find solutions.
It is a privilege and joy to help others discover direction, motivation and encouragement through Coaching. I love to see people move from a place of being ‘stuck’ to a place growth and purpose.
I love partnering with leaders to help them uncover their strengths and navigate challenges in their ministries. Through coaching, I empower leaders to take decisive actions that align with their calling, resulting in transformative growth.
I delight in seeing coachees experiencing “aha” moments, and seeing the Holy Spirit work through each session after coaching for a season is a beautiful gift.
It is a joy watching pastors being coached be filled with the Holy Spirit and being led to the answers to their questions.
What I appreciate about coaching is that it’s a powerful ministry tool that helps individuals or groups achieve their goals and grow into a deeper, more fulfilling Christian life.
