This document is meant to be used as a guideline for a local church to set up a Pastoral Relations Committee (PRC). The primary purpose of the PRC is to do whatever is necessary to ensure a vital, healthy, mutually beneficial relationship between the congregation and members of the pastoral staff. The committee stands in the gap to facilitate communication and mediate between pastors and church members.
