This collection of articles (from The Covenant Quarterly, Nov. 1995-Feb 1996) is a continuation of the dialogue on baptism in the Covenant. Though it is not an official statement of the church, it does, however, represent several views of persons recognized in the Evangelical Covenant Church for their scholarship and leadership: Wayne C. Weld, John E. Phelan, Donald H. Madvig, Philip J. Anderson, C. John Weborg.
