Covenant Living Residents Answer ‘What Does Love Mean?’

CROMWELL, CONN. (February 19, 2020) – In 1984, the rock band Foreigner released the iconic, worldwide No. 1 hit, “I Want to Know What Love Is.” Drawing on their long years of experiences, the residents of Covenant Living of Cromwell in Connecticut have answers.

Covenant Living of Cromwell residents share their reflections on the nature of love.

They are featured in a series of six videos produced by the popular website Love What Matters and answer the question, “What does love mean?”

Love What Matters has eight million Facebook viewers and share stories of hope, compassion, kindness, and healing on their website. The residents were interviewed last December, and the videos are being posted each Monday for six weeks. The first was posted on Feb. 3.

Each week, residents answer personal questions about life, happiness, relationships, and regret, said producer Colin Balfe.

Covenant Living of Cromwell is part of Covenant Living Communities and Services, a ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church. It serves 5,000 residents at 17 retirement communities in nine states and offers independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation.
