Construction to Increase Assisted-Living Residences at Windsor Park

Construction has begun on a new $21 million project at Covenant Living at Windsor Park in Carol Stream, Illinois, that will add 36 new assisted living residences and a new rehabilitation area for physical and occupational therapy.

In addition to the new construction, renovations will add skilled-nursing rooms and two new memory care suites. A new HVAC system designed for indoor air purification also is part of the project.

“Covenant Living at Windsor Park has been serving the Carol Stream area for nearly 22 years, and this project is just another example of our commitment to serving older adults and their families now and well into the future,” said Terri Cunliffe, president and CEO of Covenant Living Communities and Services.

The project is expected to be completed in December 2021.

The ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church is the nation’s sixth-largest nonprofit senior services provider, serving 5,000 residents at 16 communities.
